Physiotherapy
Seventy per cent of everyday complaints are neck, lower back and shoulders. Treating them is more than removing the pain: it is understanding where it comes from.
The session starts with an assessment of the whole movement, not only the part that hurts. A complaining shoulder is often compensating for a hip that will not rotate, and if you treat only the shoulder the pain returns within weeks. That is why we work with manual therapy, mobilisation and, where needed, corrective exercises to take home.
- Movement assessment before we touch the painful area
- Manual therapy, osteopathy and joint mobilisation
- Exercises for home, explained and written down
- A clear account of the cause and how many sessions to expect
