What data we process
The details you give us in the contact form or when booking: name, email address, phone number and the reason for your enquiry. We do not request medical records through the website.
What we use it for
To answer your message, manage your appointment and let you know if anything changes. We do not use it for advertising and we do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Your consent when you send the form, and performance of the service relationship when you book an appointment.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your request, and after that for the period required by legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to us. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority AEPD (aepd.es).
Third parties
Email is sent through a transactional email provider. The map on the contact page only loads if you accept it.
